Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to learn a new skillset? We are looking for entry-level Solar Pool Heating Technicians who are motivated and dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training to become proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar pool heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to learn the fundamentals of solar pool heating systems.
- Assist experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar pool heating systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that systems are installed correctly and meet industry standards.
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with solar pool heating systems.
- Work closely with customers to educate them on the operation and maintenance of their systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, installations, and inventory.
- Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
