Position Summary :
The Project Engineer will support the R&D Product Engineering function, focusing on both the development of new oral care products and the maintenance, improvement, and updates of existing product lines. This position plays a key role in the product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and launch of new oral care products from concept through commercialization, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Assist in ongoing maintenance and improvements to existing products, identifying opportunities for enhancements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and drive product innovation.
- Develop and execute Engineering-related project plans, ensuring that all deliverables are met within defined timelines.
- Coordinate and monitor design changes, product testing, and documentation, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical input on product design, manufacturing processes, and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, design specifications, and user documentation.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards, quality control processes, and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to support the continuous improvement of existing products.

The pay range for this position of Project Engineer is $93,012- $139,518. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus as part of total compensation.
