*Duties*
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform general ledger reconciliation
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records
- Assist with governmental accounting tasks
- Support corporate accounting functions
- Handle debits and credits accurately
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in financial concepts and principles
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of accounting software Quick books for bookkeeping purposes
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
