Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and reels showcasing project transformations and team highlights.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Content Creation
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to capture impactful before-and-after project visuals.
- Assist in podcast production, including editing episodes, coordinating guests, and promoting episodes on various platforms.
- Manage and update company profiles on Houzz, Google, Yelp, and other directories to maintain strong online visibility.
- Lead Generation and SEO
- Track and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent updates for management.
- Optimize website content and social media posts for SEO to attract and convert new leads.
- Develop campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation through digital and offline channels.
- Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with the Marketing Manager to align with company goals.
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Stay informed on industry trends to elevate marketing strategies and Sunstate Remodeling's online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with podcast editing software (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for luxury home design and storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with luxury brands or the remodeling industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic graphic design skills for promotional materials.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $40,000 per year.
- 80 hours of PTO/PSTO annually.
- All necessary equipment (e.g., computer) provided.
Schedule:
- Flexible, 32-hour workweek (4 days, 8-hour shifts).
- Core office hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on customer needs.
Performance Goals:
- Increase Social Media Engagement by 25%: Boost brand visibility and interaction across platforms, leveraging creative strategies and monthly tracking.
- Generate 200 New Leads: Enhance lead conversion via SEO, content marketing, and directory updates.
- Expand Podcast Reach by 20%: Increase listener engagement and audience reach through partnerships and active promotion.
- Develop a Comprehensive Marketing Dashboard: Provide actionable insights by tracking and refining marketing KPIs to support decision-making.
