We are actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Remodeling Apprentice to join our team. As a Remodeling Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced crew leads, receiving direct instruction and hands-on training in various aspects of residential remodeling. Each day, you will assist in executing tasks essential to the completion of high-quality renovation projects, gaining valuable experience in carpentry, demolition, drywall, flooring installation, and more.
This position is perfect for someone who is energetic, takes direction well, and is committed to learning the trade. You will have the opportunity to work alongside skilled tradespeople, progressively building your expertise while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, including removing fixtures, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from work trucks.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision.
- Help install flooring, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and other finishes.
- Learn and apply basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical techniques.
- Assist in framing walls, ceilings, and floors as directed.
- Help with painting, sanding, and other finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Support & Learning Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced remodelers and learn proper tool usage and techniques.
- Follow instructions from lead carpenters, foremen, or project managers.
- Ask questions and seek guidance to improve skills and efficiency.
- Read blueprints, plans, and work orders to understand tasks.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Learn how to properly use and maintain power tools and hand tools.
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and job site organization.
Communication & Professionalism:
- Show up on time and ready to work with the necessary tools and gear.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Be professional and respectful on job sites and when interacting with clients.
- Take initiative to help where needed and show a willingness to learn.
- Follow company policies and adhere to job site rules.
Requirements/Experience:
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with acceptable driving record (no moving violations within the past 3 years preferred).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Smart Phone with internet access.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds with no restrictions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Willingness to Learn: A desire to learn new techniques and processes to support personal and professional development within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16-$20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- All tools and equipment will be provided
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts (15-minute paid break, unpaid lunch)
- Day shift, 6-7 am start time
- Monday through Thursday
- Overtime as needed
