The Business Intelligence and Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training, system metrics and analysis, and KPI compliance for all security personnel across the portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP:
- Develop and implement Account Manager, Shift Lead and Officer training using pre-established client policies, and systems (CCure, Genetec, ServiceNow).
- Develop processes and procedures for efficient SOC Operations.
- Monitor and track metrics and key performance indicators for regularly scheduled reviews and audits.
- Collect and review weekly reports from Account Managers and provide analysis and report on any areas of concern.
- Assist the National Account Manager in manipulating data to present on client monthly reviews which include Alarm Responses, Badges Issued, Work Orders, and Cameras.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of onsite operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
OPERATIONS:
- Coordinate with the National Account Manager (NAM) to establish goals & objectives and communicate these with the customers as required.
- Work with action plans towards goal achievement, including the establishment of sites and personnel quotas and/or goals.
- Manage Account Manager KPIs and drive training programs to ensure their compliance in hitting weekly and monthly objectives.
- Manipulate data from several platforms into a digestible format to present finds, trends and concerns to our client. Produce Quality Assurance checks through eHub to assure positive results.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of related management experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to deliver a message to multiple levels within our organizations.
- Ability to bridge data from multiple platforms.
- Ability to use critical thinking within a security program.
- Ability to manage KPI in collaboration with the team(s)- KPI data may include: Safety violations, MTTR, Fire Ext. Checks, First Aid inventory checks, preventative maintenance items, Data storage capacity, Good saves, budget, key control measures, turnover, patrol rounds, camera tours, incidents, badge issuance, etc.
- Ability to pull data from Security systems, conduct trend analysis and implement practical solutions using security personnel and systems to deliver on KPIs and Metrics.
- Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, preferably C-Cure, and Genetec.
- Willing to undergo an extensive background check.
- Ability to regularly travel to all contracted sites for client as needed.
