Customer Service Security Full Time Officer - $29/hr

Sunstates Security is hiring Customer Service Security Officers to work in Menlo Park, CA. The Customer Service Security Officers' positions may be any day during the following shift:
Swings: 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Requirements:
- Only those applicants with complete and most up to date applications/ resumes will BE REVIEWED FOR CONSIDERATION
- Qualified applicants of interest will prescreened during a brief video call, those selected will be invited to interview with the National Account Manager
- Make sure to review your resume for typos and grammar
- Must be computer literate with the basic computer applications like Word, Power Point, Excel, Sheets, Doc, etc..
- Testing will be incorporated into the interview
- CA Guard Card preferred
- CPR Card
- Must Successfully complete a background check including:
- 10 Panel Drug Screen
- Fingerprinting/ Live Scan
- 5 years of security experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and more than 3 years of driving experience
- Supervisory/management experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English which may include composing written reports
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
- Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision
- Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including but not limited to: Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s) and Incident Reports
- Operating phones, radios, and computer systems such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google suites
- Monitoring Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues
- Following site specific post orders, pass down messages, and being in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, and industrial complex
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
