Job Skills / Requirements
Sunstates Security is currently seeking a Security Account Manager for client sites in the Irving, TX area. The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the sites including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety.
Candidates must be local as this role requires work onsite.
This positon offers a salary of $70,000 and includes weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Management/Leadership Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with regional management to identify and recruit talent.
- Full-cycle participation during the employee onboarding process for all new hires.
- Actively train new hires while managing the development of current employees.
- Motivate and empower employees to oversee all day-to-day responsibilities for the facility.
- Successfully utilize performance appraisals, reward and incentive programs, and coaching and staff development initiatives to manage employee performance and development.
- Develop rapport with all internal and external customers, address complaints, and resolve issues alongside regional management guidance to promote positive employee relations.
- Act as the primary contact for the site while maintaining open communication with the company's local office.
Operations Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with management to establish and maintain the site’s goals and objectives while openly communicating these with the client.
- Establishment of the site's and personnel quotas/goals through action plans focused on goal achievement.
- Perform account inspections to assure compliance and accountability to client expectations on a timely basis every month.
- Establish and manage the working site schedule, projected working schedule, and personnel vacation/time off requests within company guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3 years of related management experience
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience
- Advanced working knowledge of computers and other technology
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the daily needs of the operation
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites as needed
An Account Manager may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Manager must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
