Sunstates Security is hiring Full-Time Security Lobby Ambassadors for a client site in Chicago, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $26/hr, paid weekly.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements:
Security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
Valid PERC Card preferred.
2 years of experience in customer service.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and employees by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Operate Access Control system to verify guest registration, reason for visit, check and log identification.
Serve as the first point of contact when an employee, tenant, or guest enters the lobby, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
