Administration Assistant
· Weekly Time Sheets
o Fill in job numbers
o Check for PW jobs to fill out required CCSD Sign-In sheets, print, have guys sign, scan, save and send to Joyce to upload.
· Set up new jobs
o Apply new job numbers, PO numbers and fill out Joyces Billing bible.
o Request Insurance for the job.
· Check the mail and send all documents to Headquarters.
· Scan and file all receipts, bill of landings, invoices
· Monthly credit card statement
Coordination/Management
· New job paperwork
o Fill out GC required paperwork for each job
o Send OSHA cards, safety files, job specific safety plans.
o SDS Sheets
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
