Job Overview : We are seeking a Store Manager who is ready to take the lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain a fun, fast-paced environment. As the manager, you'll be the face of the store, responsible for everything from customer satisfaction to managing daily operations. Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Ensure the store is providing customer service that meets or exceeds the company and customers standards
• Accountable for total financial function of the retail store and deli to maximize its profitability - accurately accounting for sales receipts, payables, payroll, etc
• Develop all new associates by providing training as it relates to new employee orientation, safety, customer service and performance standards.
• Establishing a solid working relationship with vendors
• Direct involvement with hiring store personnel
• Supervise and coach direct reports in their daily work performance
• As necessary, coach, discipline, and / or terminate according to company policy
• Perform inventory counts, cash drawer audits, and reconciliations
• Complete price surveys of the competition and execute price changes as needed
• Drive store sales through promotion and incentive contests
• Conduct daily visual inspection of the site to ensure it offers an expectable appearance to customers
