Bartender - DiamondHead Beach Resort - Full Time

 

Responsible for providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail and desire to create a welcoming environment, while preparing and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements. Must have full knowledge of standard drink recipes with the ability to accurately and quickly mix cocktails, martinis, etc. per customer orders. Must also have complete wine and liquor knowledge to mix special request drinks and to make appropriate drink recommendations to customers. Suggestively sells food and beverage items and ensure guests receive quality service throughout their visit.  Previous bartender and server experience in a fast paced environment is required.  A flexible schedule is required including days, nights, holidays and weekends as required.
