Bell Attendant & Parking Attendant - Full Time
Bell Attendant job duties:
Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests by handling all luggage requirements to and from guest rooms. Instruct guests on correct operation of all equipment in rooms and inform them of resort amenities and services. Provides miscellaneous guest services such as mail service, delivery of newspapers, laundry and other materials as requested. Maintains baggage room, carts, guest elevators and lobby area to ensure it is neat and orderly. Provides valet and shuttle services for guests.
Parking Attendant job duties:
Provide guests and visitors with their appropriate parking pass for their destination and oversee the parking of vehicles on main lot and employee lot to ensure guest safety. Advise patrons of parking regulations, and monitor all vehicles entering and exiting the property. Issue and collect automobile claim ticket and act as entrance cashier as needed. Monitor length of stay for visitors and verify expiration times, preventing unauthorized people from entrance and the removal of unauthorized vehicles from the property with the approval of a supervisor. *This position requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be tolerant of variable temperature conditions as work is performed outdoors. Must read, write and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus. Previous guest services experience within hospitality industry preferred. Flexible schedule is required including days, evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.
