Maintenance Technician - Part Time- Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club
Position is responsible for assisting skilled Maintenance staff with the execution of scheduled preventative and emergency maintenance repairs throughout the resort, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting and Outside Grounds work as assigned and/or directed. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Minimum of 6 months experience required. Must read, write and speak English.
The schedule will generally be Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM, but scheduling may be subject to change based on business demands and necessities, so some flexibility is required.
