The Product Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and development of SunTech Medical’s Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP) solutions. Serving as the primary technical contact for customers integrating our technology into their medical devices, you will also collaborate with our R&D team to innovate, refine, and deliver exceptional solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Serve as the technical liaison for OEM customers, guiding them through integration and implementation of SunTech NIBP solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and refine NIBP products, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and validate new designs and components , ensuring performance and regulatory compliance.
- Assemble prototypes, document customizations, and provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to resolve product issues efficiently.
- Conduct hardware and software verifications and create technical reports and engineering documentation (BOMs, procedures, ECNs).
- Maintain product design documentation, including Traceability Matrices, DFMEAs, and PFMEAs
- Stay current on regulatory requirements for non-invasive sphygmomanometers and related components.
- Contribute to team success by providing technical expertise and proactive support across projects.
Education and Experience :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
