What are the responsibilities and job description for the Circle of Boating Manager - Snook Bight position at Suntex Marinas?
Suntex Marinas is a high growth real-estate company investing exclusively in niche mixed-use marinas and their related operating platforms. Over the last 20 years, we have acquired, developed, and operated over 50 full-service marinas which include retail spaces, office buildings, resorts, hotels, and restaurants in the United States and the Caribbean. Duties And Responsibilities
- Boat Club and Rental Fleet Management and maintenance including, but not limited to bi- weekly reporting of fleet
- Ensures daily routine and cleaning SOP’s are followed including “all boats home”
- Maintenance of schedule and boat information in Stellar Software
- Rental management to maximize usage
- Ensure boats are prepped and ready for member usage prior to arrival
- Work with the GM and other supervisors to ensure that there is adequate coverage and support to perform cleaning and maintenance of the fleet
- Conduct in-person property tours to prospective club members, as requested
- On weekly basis, lead new member orientation (including safety check rides and briefings)
- Assist in promoting boat club as requested
- Utilize available COB software to share leads with the Regional Sales Managers in a timely manner
- May conduct a walk-in sale to a potential Boat Club Customer
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to finalize the sales process and teach new club members how to operate our boat club software program (as needed)
- Receive and deploy in a timely fashion, all weekly guidance from Corporate Office COB Team
- Ensure accurate and current membership lists
- Provides the highest level of customer and guests services
- Ensure property controls to safeguard assets including but not limited to equipment and inventory
- Ensure that all company equipment is secure prior to leaving
- Ensure adherence to all Suntex policies, procedures and practices
- Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management
Operating Responsibilities
Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals.
Assists with a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
