Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing individual with excellent customer service and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting functions, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred). A minimum of two years of office experience is required.
We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of their role and contribute meaningfully to our growing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Prepare, record, and process transactions accurately.
- Data Input: Enter receipts, invoices, and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Enter and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Deposit Processing: Process and deposit funds into client accounts.
- Record Maintenance: Scan, file, and organize records and documents efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist staff with requests and provide support as needed.
- Manage schedules: Arrange appointments and provide general assistance to ownership.
- Other Duties: Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
