Job Overview:
The purpose of the position is to assist management with the day‐to‐day functions of the property and the functions of the management team.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Cooperating with the management team.
· Management of the office as required by the general manager.
· Ensure that all office assigned work is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
· Setting an example for team members of commitment.
· Interacting and cooperating with all members of the association.
· Support the day-to-day operation as needed of the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams under the supervision of the general manager.
· Prepare reports as needed.
· Reports in an effective and timely manner any problems or issues to the general manager.
· Communicate with owners, renters, and staff, and assists as needed.
· Addresses and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from owners and renters as needed.
· Proactive with recognizing and reporting any potential safety hazards in the building.
· Investigate, report, and respond to all property incidents that are employee, renters and guest related.
· Creating/follow up on work orders for maintenance or housekeeping based on operational requirements.
· Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise.
· Procure, when necessary, materials or services for housekeeping, and maintenance.
· Manage and organize records in the server as needed.
· Other duties as assigned by General Manager.

owners, renters, and coworkers.

· Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the Suntide III Condominiums standards, as required
by scheduling, which may vary according to the needs of the property.

· Must have exceptional detail in follow-up.
· Maintain effective communications between the property management and owners, renters, staff, and vendors by using professional verbal and written etiquette.

identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
