The S&OP Process is an enterprise-wide integrated business planning process (IBP) to manage the delivery of business goals and commitments over the 3-year strategic planning process. Continuing to evolve & mature our S&OP Process globally to a cross-functionally-aligned IBP process that consistently engages key functions of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance will require an on-going transformational program to lead change across the organization at all levels of leadership, including the ELT. The Director, Global S&OP Brand House & PMR is a critical role as the leader of the first step in the monthly S&OP cycle – Brand House Portfolio Review.
The Director, Global S&OP Brand House & PMR is a Sr. Management level position who has experience working in a global, matrixed organization implementing Product/Portfolio Review. This position will be accountable for leading & driving the step change in the maturity levelof the Global S&OP Program to drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices. In addition, this position must be knowledgeable in the following:
Review meetings & escalations to the ELT thru Global Integrated Reconciliation & Joint Executive Review.
The Director, Global S&OP Brand House & PMR is a key participant on the PMR process as the interphase between the Brand House and the R&D team to support the Innovation pipeline to deliver our ambition to becoming the most admired Premium Spirits Company. This position will have shared goals, business metrics and KPIs with the S&OP Leadership in all regions. These goals, business metrics and KPIs will be defined in the agreed-to Global S&OP Process transformation roadmap.
Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include the Following
attendees, create skeleton deck for next cycle meeting, send to everyone owning a slide for next
cycle, capture actions / decisions, update decks with relevant information, follow up on pre-read
submission deadlines, maintain list of volume allocation changes & cascade as needed, finalize
deck & distribute pre-read
portfolio review management. Assess Suntory Global Spirits portfolio management capabilities
against external benchmarks as a critical input to drive continuous improvement.

- Process improvements based on insights from KPIs and external best practices
- Organization change mgmt. defining new ways of working for Brand Houses & attendees
- Incorporation of Global playbook consistently across the Global Brand Houses
- Global Integrated Reconciliation & Joint Executive Review: Summarize decisions, actions, and escalations as an output of BHPRs to provide transparency and awareness globally; Lead review with executive leadership thru these forums on a monthly cadence
- Program Management & Facilitation: Lead the Brand House Portfolio Reviews and Brand

- 10 years of demonstrated operational performance in leading S&OP Process for a major Business Unit for a CPG or Spirits company
- Strong knowledge in Portfolio Mgmt. and Brand Strategy best practices with proven application of these practices
- Ability to challenge assumptions & influence up thru multiple levels of leadership, including ELT , Experience with external market trend / consumer data (Nielsen, NABCA, etc.) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated performance in leading business transformation projects specific to Marketing or Commercialization & experience with Project Management
- Demonstrated flexibility in easily moving between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with globally dispersed cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments; Ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize competing priorities

Salary : $165,000 - $180,000
