Come join our Team! Suntria is one of the fastest growing solar companies in the nation. We're looking for a talented, experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Operations team onsite. The Branch Manager is a leadership position overseeing day to day operation in the given location. The Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for organizing, motivating, and leading the operations team as well as the safety, quality, efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in the installation of solar projects
- Work closely with the installation department to understand the installation volume forecasts and staff the weekly jobs accordingly
- Oversee the incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse for all solar installations, including material verification, electrical orders and overall cleanliness and organization
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer service, and productivity throughout solar branch operations
- Ensure that every member of the team receives the proper safety training and equipment applicable to their position
- Ensure that best practices are being consistently applied throughout operations
- Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and escalate customer concerns as necessary
- Perform field inspections and onsite QC throughout the week to ensure Suntria standards are being met and all inspections will pass
Requirements:
- 2 years management experience
- Prior Solar industry experienced preferred
- Track record of proven leadership abilities
- Proven leadership in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proven ability to establish effective new processes, procedures and policies
- Able to ensure entire team is aligned and focused on company goals
- Ability to work within an operation budget.
- Thinks “big picture” on how you can create and implement efficiencies to make it better and easier for your team
- Excellent people skills, able to manage, motivate and discipline if necessary
