Accounts Receivable Clerk – Join the Suntrup Automotive Family!
Suntrup Automotive Group, a well-established, family-owned dealership, seeks a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. We seek a detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily deposits for cash, credit cards, and EFT transactions.
Process warranty policy remittances, cancellations, and reconciliations.
Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to warranty policies.
Assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to meet established deadlines.
Accounting knowledge and/or experience preferred.
Familiarity with DealerTrack is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday | Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
