Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales/Internet Sales Consultant to join our Subprime Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers who have less-than-perfect credit, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, and ensuring they secure financing that fits their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, an empathetic approach, and the ability to manage online and in-person sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with subprime leads via phone, email, text, and video to establish rapport and set appointments.

Educate customers on available financing options tailored to their credit situations.

Work closely with lenders and finance managers to secure the best possible approvals for customers.

Conduct needs assessments to recommend vehicles that match customers’ budgets and lifestyles.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing customers' financial concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:
