Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Lot Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of vehicles on our dealership lot. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and professional presentation of our inventory, maintaining order, and supporting sales and service departments in vehicle movement and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement, staging, and organization of vehicles on the lot for optimal display and accessibility

Monitor and maintain inventory lot layout to ensure a clean, safe, and professional appearance
- Support service and sales teams by relocating vehicles as needed for detailing, test drives, or customer delivery

Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged (if applicable), and presentable at all times

Conduct routine inspections of inventory for cleanliness, damage, or misplaced units

Collaborate with management to execute lot-related special projects or seasonal reorganization

Assist with signage, merchandising, and other visual presentation elements on the lot
