Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that each customer's vehicle is maintained and repaired to the highest standards. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, scheduling service appointments, and providing accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues in collaboration with service technicians.
- Provide clear and detailed service recommendations and cost estimates.
- Maintain and update customer records and service histories.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Uphold the dealership’s standards for quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues understandably.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and other relevant computer applications.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
