What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for and assist with any questions they have.
- Provide administrative support to our team of practitioners by keeping the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage various priorities (often two or more at once) to maintain a seamless flow of operations, from scheduling appointments to handling client inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail as you schedule client appointments, handle confidential client information and process payments.
- Be an advocate for our healing work, sharing insights about the various services, products, packages and memberships for clients.
- Communicate effectively and ensure all parties are informed of schedule changes.
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to filing, copying, shipping, emailing and mailing.
- Assist in general clinic tidying including but not limited to: dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, and sanitizing.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in wellness, customer service, serving or administrative fields preferred
- Intermediate computer skills required
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding and/or experience with Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, or other holistic perspectives
