We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry entry-level installer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the solar industry. The Entry Level Installer will assist in various installation projects, including roofing and Candidates should have a basic understanding of roofing and power tools as well as a willingness to work on a roof.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of rooftop solar according to project specifications
- Read and interpret plan sets and drawings to ensure accurate installations
- Collaborate with experienced installers on solar and battery installation projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field
- Participate in the installation of solar and battery systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Help with roofing installations as needed, following best practices for quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all installation activities
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety on job sites

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of roofing systems, electrical fixtures, and plumbing is a plus
- Familiarity with reading plan sets and drawings is desirable
- Understanding of high voltage systems is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to installation tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
