About the Role
- Manage projects from planning through delivery.
- Liaises between sales, supply chain, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are communicated.
- Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage strategic partnerships and high-value customer/supplier relationships.
- Evaluate the make/buy decision process for manufacturing vs third-party outsourcing in alignment with budgets for buildings and components.
- Identify and drive project leadership for continuous improvement to reduce inventory stock.
- Own KPI for inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with MBS, C2 and other building technology.

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
