The Plant Manager Role
As a key member of our team, you will lead our manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence in safety, production, quality, and efficiency. You'll manage a team, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier product quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, logistics, maintenance, and quality control.
- Implement and enforce safety standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
