About the Plant Manager Role
We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring top-tier product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the plant operations team, ensuring safety, production, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:
