Shuttle Bus Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain vehicles in optimal condition.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans, buses, and motor coaches, to transport passengers to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort during the ride.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior while performing regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise during transit.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Perform minor mechanical checks and maintenance on vehicles as needed to ensure they are in good working condition.

Skills

• Proven experience in shuttle driving or similar roles such as limousine, bus driving, van driver, or motor coach operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers.
• Ability to drive safely under various conditions while maintaining focus on passenger safety.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and routes efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Work Days:

• Every weekend

Ability to Commute:

• Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cape Canaveral, FL 32920: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
