We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across three designated hotels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a proven track record in managing sales and driving revenue growth. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships with clients while effectively managing territory and account responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Manage and lead all sales efforts for three locations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management strategies.
- Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand network connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, or sales management roles.
- Strong understanding of territory sales dynamics and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in both outside sales and inside sales environments is preferred. Proficiency in sales management tools.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
