Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure all surfaces are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from clients.
- Assist with residential cleaning duties, ensuring that homes are welcoming and tidy.
- Carry out commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining a professional appearance in business environments.
- Prepare and cook meals when required, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus.
