Sunwise Auto Group is looking for an experienced Finance (F&I-Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our growing and expanding team within our dealership group. Our stores include BMW Concord, Audi Concord, Weatherford BMW/MINI of Berkeley, BMW of San Rafael, and Marin Subaru in San Rafael.

As a Finance Manager, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by coordinating all activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued customers, which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely and engages with sales managers and sales team throughout the full sales process
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Provides thorough explanation of products and warranties
  • Provides explanation of dealership service procedures and policies
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eagerness to improve
  • Minimum of 5 years of dealership F&I experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and sales aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent follow through and high attention to detail

 

COMPENSATION:

 

The Finance Manager Position has a Monthly Pay Range of $2,860-$20,000. Pay Scale consisting of the following elements. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation and may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

 

  • Monthly Pay Range: $2,860 - $20,000. This position pays hourly plus monthly commission.

The exact location of the position is yet to be determined, and the location of the position may vary anywhere within our dealership group.
