Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Knock on doors and engage with homeowners to generate leads for our solar services.

- Team Management: Oversee and manage a small group of field canvassers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.

- Reporting: Compile daily reports on team performance, including the number of leads generated and other key metrics.

- Training: Train new team members on best practices for canvassing and lead generation.

- Goal Setting: Establish and achieve daily and weekly goals for lead generation.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.

- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise in the field promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
