Job Summary:
SUNY Delhi is seeking a Clinical Instructor to join our School of Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and evaluating pre-licensure nursing students in a clinical setting. The instructor will also develop and manage course syllabi, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, and deliver learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students.
Responsibilities:
Teach and evaluate pre-licensure nursing students in a clinical setting
Develop and manage course syllabi while adhering to department and college standards
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
Deliver learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students
Assist in the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials and effective teaching methodologies
Requirements:
MSN or enrolled in MSN Program
Unencumbered NYS RN License
3 years clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching experience
Prior teaching at the collegiate level
