The Resident Assistant (RA) is a member of the Office of Residence Life Staff, working in an assigned Residence Hall. The RA reports to and is supervised by the professional staff member assigned to the Residence Hall in which they work.
Duties of Resident Assistants:
Facilitate community development in residence halls.
Enforce policies.
Serve as a student leader for the Department of Residence Life.
Assist the Residence Hall Director in managing the residence halls.

Good judicial standing
Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
