The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description This position is expected to provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, two-way radios, and in person interactions. Working closely with the Office Assistant 1, this position will ensure work requests in AiM are reviewed, completed, assigned and dispatched if needed. Specific duties are expected to include, but are not limited to: creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and forms; data entry; uploading and organizing blueprint documents; communicating effectively and professionally with a variety of campus stakeholders; and completing other projects as needed. Responsibilities will also include completing audits as necessary as well as managing the campus vehicle fleet and the two-way radio inventory of the department. As part of the Administration and Finance division, we provide essential services to our campus, local, state, federal and international customers.
