Job Description
This role involves working as a key member of our team to maintain accurate financial records and support the college's overall operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Processing and reconciling bank statements, as well as performing daily close procedures.
- Supporting the development and delivery of training programs for staff on accounting-related topics.
- Preparing for and assisting with annual independent audits of the college.
Requirements
- An associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs/ Sheets.
