What are the responsibilities and job description for the IMT Customer Support - Student Assistant position at SUNY Upstate Medical University?
Job Summary:
Resolve PC Support and Help Desk calls. Troubleshoot PC related problems, Install new computers/printers. Assist employees with computer relates issues. Work on projects as needed including department moves and hardware/software upgrades
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be matriculated in an undergraduate or graduate college student. Must have basic computer knowledge.
Work Days:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - Maximum of 29 hours per week.
