What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inpatient Clinical Dietitian position at SUNY Upstate Medical University?
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. State Licensure: Certified Dietitian-Nutritionists in New York State on hire or within six (6) months of hire required.
Preferred Qualifications:At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian. Master's Degree with preferred area of Nutrition or related field. Board Certification as a Nutrition Support Clinician or other certifications in Pediatrics or Adult Nutrition: Board Certification as a Specialty in Pediatric Nutrition, Weight Management and Obesity, Oncology Nutrition, Renal Nutrition and Board Certification in Advanced Diabetes Management.
Work Days:8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with Weekends and Holidays
