Job Summary:
Suny Upstate is seeking a clinical psychology position dedicated to a diverse and often at risk in-patient population. Part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, psychologists and trainees. Responsible for all aspects of therapy and psychological assessment, including case formulation, diagnosis, case management and presentation and report writing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS license (or eligible) required but must receive license within 1 year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mental health experience working with adolescent patients strongly preferred.
Work Days:
Days with weekend coverage based on operational needs.
