We are looking for hardworking, outgoing Assistant Manager to work full time and in our Açaí Bowl Shop in Holly Springs, NC. Restaurant or food experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality standards by keeping the store clean and up to par
• Maintain a fun and positive work environment for guests and staff through great customer service
• Create and check products to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
• Control inventory, including monitoring current inventory and receive deliveries (checking to verify product quality and quantity).
• Prepare and oversee order making and product service.
• Learn and utilize Spot On point of sale cash register system.
• Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have.
• Take customer orders from in store to online
• Oversee working Staff
• Additional requirements to be discussed at interview

Skills and Knowledge:

• Customer Service - Knowledge of Company systems and procedures for providing excellent customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective supply and distribution of goods. Knowledge of governmental health regulations and food safety is required. Food handling and sanitation knowledge is also vital
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Mathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems.
• Communication - Speaking to others to convey information effectively. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
