About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about creating beautiful user experiences to join our founding team. As one of the earliest members of a fast-growing team, you’ll have an opportunity to help build and ship features directly used by thousands of users. Success in this role will naturally lead to rapid progression and leadership opportunities. You will report directly to the CTO.

Your Existing Skills

  • You have 5 years of experience in full stack engineering roles.
  • You are proficient in React, Next.js, and Node.js, with a strong understanding of state management.
  • You have experience building scalable microservices and backend architecture (e.g., APIs, microservices, etc.).
  • You have made contributions to full-stack engineering projects, preferably having started from scratch and worked through all phases of product development.
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building Chrome extensions.
  • You have experience or interest in AI and enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Build products and features, end-to-end.
  • Design new user interfaces, taking features from idea to mockup to fully-fledged product.
  • Write clean, testable, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to product road mapping alongside the founding team and prioritize features according to customer needs.
  • Contribute to the design system that Supademo uses to develop a consistent look and feel for our products.
  • Work directly with the founders and be a core player in shaping our mission, vision, and product roadmap.
