We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Premier Hospitality Management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your contributions will be vital to upholding our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform routine inspections of rooms and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure public areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred.
- Weekends required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
