Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and mirrors to maintain a polished appearance.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and address any guest concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles within hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
