We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hospitality or hotel environments is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods.
