- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Handle phone calls and emails with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with guest relations to ensure a positive experience

- Experience in hospitality
