- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining an organized booking system.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner to create a positive first impression.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
