Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate guest information is recorded.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; experience in a front desk role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel operations.
