Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong background in guest relations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and front desk technology.
