Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage custodial tasks such as emptying trash bins and replenishing supplies.
- Execute floor care duties including stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
- Handle carpet cleaning responsibilities to ensure all carpets are clean and well-maintained.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items as required, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning protocols are followed consistently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
